Extension of time and payment by instalments

Current

The Authority may, in such cases as it thinks fit—

(a)

extend the time for payment of contribution,

(b)

permit the payment of contribution to be made by such instalments and within such time as it considers the circumstances warrant,

(c)

where it exercises its powers under paragraph (a) or (b), require the contributor to provide security for the contribution payable by the contributor, or

(d)

remit the whole or any part of the additional contribution imposed under section 26.
