37 Definition of contribution for certain purposes
For the purposes of—
(a)
sections 34 and 35, contribution includes any costs incurred in attempting to recover contribution, and
(b)
sections 27, 28, 29, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36 and 38, contribution includes additional contribution whether by way of penalty or otherwise.
