132 Regulations
The regulations may make provision for or with respect to the following—
guidelines to be observed by police officers regarding the exercise of functions conferred or imposed on police officers (including custody managers) by this Part,
police officers who may act as custody managers,
the keeping of records relating to persons who are detained under this Part, including the formal record of the conduct of investigative procedures in which such persons participate,
the designation, by the Commissioner, of police stations or other places of detention to which persons who are detained under this part must, if practicable, be taken.
