14A Existing places of public entertainment
(1)
An approval given, or deemed to have been given, under the old Act to use a building as a place of public entertainment, and in force immediately before 1 July 1993, continues in force according to its tenor and may be revoked or modified as if it were an approval given under Division 1 of Part 1 of Chapter 7.
(2)
Such an approval lapses, or is taken to have lapsed when the building ceases, or ceased, to be used as a place of public entertainment.
