59M Exemptions
(1)
The regulations may exempt from the operation of all or any of the provisions of this Part any land or any person or class of persons.
(2)
An exemption under subsection (1) may be given unconditionally or subject to such conditions as may be prescribed in respect of the exemption.
(3)
Where an exemption under subsection (1) is given subject to conditions, the exemption does not have effect during any period when the conditions are not complied with.
