Effect of certain acts etc

Current

Any act or thing done, suffered or omitted—

(a)

pursuant to this or any other Act by an acting Ombudsman or a Deputy Ombudsman, or

(b)

pursuant to a delegation under section 10 or 10A,

has the same force and effect as if done, suffered or omitted by the Ombudsman.
