21 Object of Division
(1)
The object of this Division is to prescribe conditions for certain kinds of licences for the purposes of section 50 (1) (a) of the Act.
(2)
The conditions prescribed by this Division do not limit any conditions that are imposed on such licences by the Environment Protection Authority under the Act.
