51 Records that must be kept
(1)
If a pesticide use notice is given in person or by telephone, the person giving the notice must make a record of the giving of the notice.
(2)
A person who is required by this Division to give or display any pesticide use notice or make any record must keep a copy of the notice or record for at least 3 years.
Maximum penalty—
(a)
in the case of a corporation—100 penalty units, or
(b)
in the case of an individual—50 penalty units.
