23 Special condition—notification concerning leakages or spills
(1)
This clause applies to the following kinds of licences—
(a)
aerial applicator business licence,
(b)
RPA applicator business licence.
(2)
It is a condition of a licence to which this clause applies that the holder of the licence notify the Environment Protection Authority of any incident where a pesticide leakage or spill has occurred as the result of a crash or forced landing of an aircraft that is operated under the authority of the licence.
(3)
Any such notice must be given as soon as practicable after the incident occurs.
(4)
If there is an approved form for the notice, the notice must be in that form.
