15 Amendment of licence or permit
(1)
A poppy licence or poppy permit may be amended on application by the holder of the licence or permit.
(2)
A poppy licence may be amended, on the Secretary’s own initiative, on renewal of the licence.
Note.
A poppy licence or poppy permit may also be amended under section 21.
