20 Audit of operations of holder of licence or permit
The Secretary may cause an audit of the operations of the holder of a poppy licence or poppy permit to be conducted by an authorised officer at intervals as the Secretary thinks fit for the purposes of assessing compliance with this Act and the regulations or obtaining information reasonably required for the administration of this Act and the regulations.
The regulations may provide for recovery of the cost of an audit from the holder of the poppy licence or poppy permit.
