18B Stacker-reclaimers, stackers and reclaimers
(1)
The construction or installation of a stacker-reclaimer, stacker or reclaimer and facilities for their operation.
(2)
The stacker-reclaimer, stacker or reclaimer must be certified by a qualified engineer as having a satisfactory design and structural integrity.
