11 Pending applications for compliance certificates
An application for a compliance certificate under the Water Board Act 1987 and pending at the commencement of this clause is taken to be an application for a compliance certificate under this Act.
Any agreement in force or notice operative under Division 2 of Part 3 of the Water Board Act 1987 at the commencement of this clause continues to be in force and operative after that commencement, and for that purpose the relevant provisions of that Act are taken to continue in force in relation to such an agreement or notice (and not otherwise).
The provisions of this clause are subject to the provisions of regulations made under clause 1.
