6 Corporation to be same legal entity as Water Board
(1)
On the dissolution of the Water Board, the Corporation is taken for all purposes, including the rules of private international law, to be a continuation of and the same legal entity as the Water Board.
(2)
This clause does not affect any transfer of assets, rights and liabilities under clause 4 of this Schedule or Part 3 of this Act.
