4 Dissolution of Water Board
(1)
The Water Board is dissolved.
(2)
The assets, rights and liabilities (if any) of the Water Board immediately before its dissolution are transferred to the Ministerial Holding Corporation.
(3)
Section 7 applies to that transfer in the same way as it applies to the transfer of the Water Board’s business undertaking to the Corporation.
