33A Exemption where multiple body art tattooing businesses at licensed premises
For the Act, section 6(4)(c), the carrying on of a person’s body art tattooing business is a prescribed circumstance if—
(a)
the person holds a tattooist licence, and
(b)
the person carries on the body art tattooing business at a licensed premises, and
(c)
another person holds a master licence for the premises.
