For the Act, section 41(2)(e), the fees payable under the Act and this regulation are listed in Schedule 1.

The total application fee payable is set out in Schedule 1 under the heading “Total”.

An amount specified in relation to an application fee in Schedule 1 under the heading “Processing component” is taken to be a fee to cover the costs incurred by the Commissioner in processing the application.

For the Act, section 41(2)(e1), the fixed component of a fee paid in relation to an application under the Act or this regulation must be refunded to the applicant if the application is refused or withdrawn.
