4 Disqualifying offences—permits
For the Act, section 3(1), definition of disqualifying offence, paragraph (a), the following offences are prescribed for all permits—
(a)
an offence specified in Schedule 4,
(b)
an offence under the law of another Australian jurisdiction, or the law of an overseas jurisdiction, that is substantially the same as, or the equivalent of, an offence specified in Schedule 4.
