3 Rules
(1)
Any rules in force under a provision of the Totalizator Act immediately before the repeal of the provision continue in force as if they were rules made and in force in accordance with Part 4 of this Act.
(2)
Subclause (1) does not affect the future amendment or repeal of the rules.
