4 Current totalizator betting
(1)
Any totalizator that was being conducted under a provision of a repealed Act immediately before the repeal of the provision may be completed under this Act.
(2)
This Act applies to and in respect of a totalizator referred to in this clause in the same way as it applies to a totalizator conducted under this Act.
