7 Inspectors
A person who was an inspector under a provision of a repealed Act immediately before the repeal of the provision is taken—
(a)
to be an inspector under this Act, and
(b)
to have satisfied the requirements of this Act as to the standard of integrity required for appointment as an inspector.
