10 Abolition of State Waste Advisory Council
(1)
The State Waste Advisory Council is abolished.
(2)
A person who, immediately before the abolition of State Waste Advisory Council, held office as a member of the Council—
(a)
ceases to hold that office, and
(b)
is not entitled to any compensation because of the loss of that office.
