3 Dissolution of Waste Boards
(1)
Each Waste Board is dissolved.
(2)
A person who, immediately before the dissolution of a Waste Board, held office as a director of the Waste Board—
(a)
ceases to hold that office, and
(b)
is not entitled to any compensation because of the loss of that office.
