9 First annual report of Resource NSW
(1)
This clause applies with respect to any period before the dissolution of a Waste Board for which the affairs of the Waste Board have not been the subject of an annual financial report of the Waste Board.
(2)
The first annual report of Resource NSW is to include the financial affairs of a dissolved Waste Board with respect to any such period.
