14 Disclosure of information to Commission
The Authority or an authorised officer may disclose to the Commission or to a member or member of staff of the Commission information obtained in connection with the administration or execution of this Act or the 1998 Act that is reasonably necessary to enable the Commission to carry out its functions.
A disclosure of information pursuant to this clause is not prevented by section 243 (Disclosure of information) of the 1998 Act.
The Authority or an authorised officer is authorised to not comply with a provision of the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 to the extent necessary to enable the disclosure of information pursuant to this clause.
In this clause—
authorised officer means an officer of the Authority, the Department of Industrial Relations or the Compensation Court authorised by the Commission for the purposes of this clause.
