15 Expiration of current insurer licences
(1)
A licence granted under Division 3 of Part 7 of the 1987 Act and in force immediately before the commencement of this clause remains in force as if the period specified in the licence as the period during which it is to be in force were an indefinite period that ends on the expiration date for the licence notified under this clause.
(2)
The Authority may by notice in writing to the holder of such a licence notify the expiration date for the licence.
(3)
This clause continues to have effect despite the enactment of section 176 by the Workers Compensation Amendment Act 2008.
