6 Legal and medico-legal costs
(1)
Division 7 of Part 4 (which was inserted by the WorkCover Legislation Amendment Act 1995) does not apply to fees and costs incurred before the commencement of that Division.
(2)
The amendment made by the WorkCover Legislation Amendment Act 1996 to insert section 148B (1A) is made for the purpose of the removal of doubt and accordingly is taken to have had effect from the commencement of that section as inserted by the WorkCover Legislation Amendment Act 1995.
