7 Solicitor/client costs
The amendment made to section 122 by the WorkCover Legislation Amendment Act 1995 (except the insertion of section 122 (5)) are made for the purpose of avoiding doubt and accordingly—
(a)
the amendments apply to costs incurred before or after the commencement of the amendments, and
(b)
section 122 (6) applies to amounts paid before or after the commencement of that subsection.
