6A Determination of premium disputes
(1)
Sections 18AA and 30AB of the former Act (as in force immediately before 30 June 1985) continue to apply to a premium demanded for—
(a)
a policy of insurance, or
(b)
a renewal of any such policy,
if the premium is demanded for the assumption of risk by an insurer for a period that commenced before 30 June 1985.
(2)
For the purposes of this clause, a reference in section 18AA of the former Act to the Insurance Premiums Committee is to be read as a reference to the WorkCover Authority.
