132 Bill of costs to be in approved form
In workers compensation matters, a bill of costs (as defined by clause 100)—
(a)
must, if there is an approved form for the purposes of this clause, be given in or to the effect of the approved form, and
(b)
must include relevant particulars of the kind referred to in clause 103(2)(a) even if the bill is not one to which clause 103 applies.
