3 Overall application of Schedule
(1)
This Schedule is to be read and applied in its entirety, and accordingly this Schedule applies in relation to costs in accordance with—
(a)
the descriptions contained in Tables 1 to 4, and
(b)
the notes in Part 2, and
(c)
Parts 1 and 3.
(2)
This Schedule prescribes the maximum costs recoverable in respect of work carried out to achieve the resolution types described in Tables 2 and 3 for—
(a)
resolving claims and disputes before an application is accepted by the Commission for registration, or
(b)
resolving disputes after an application is accepted by the Commission for registration.
