133A Maximum costs given by Independent Review Officer—the 1998 Act, s 337(1)(d)
The scale of maximum costs given by the Independent Review Officer for legal and associated costs is the scale of costs set out in the Independent Legal Assistance and Review Service Funding Guidelines that—
(a)
is published on the NSW legislation website, and
(b)
is in force immediately before the commencement of the Workers Compensation Legislation Amendment Act 2025, Schedule 2[38].
