Relationship with other procedures

Current

This Act does not affect the functions of any person dealing with an offence or alleged offence, to give a warning for, or take any other action in relation to, an offence or alleged offence if—

(a)

the person is not an investigating official, or

(b)

the offence is not an offence covered by this Act, whether or not the person is an investigating official.
