42 Appointment of conference convenor
(1)
If a conference administrator is satisfied that a matter has been referred for a conference under this Part, the conference administrator must appoint a conference convenor for the conference.
(2)
This section does not apply if the conference administrator refers a matter to the Director of Public Prosecutions under section 41.
