120 Failure to comply with order of building certifier
(1)
Where an owner or an owner's agent fails to comply with a building order made by a building certifier, the building certifier must refer the matter to the Director and give written notice of the referral to the owner or the owner's agent, as the case may be.
(2)
The Director may deal with the matter as if the building order had been made by the Director.
