123 Completion of work
(1)
On the completion of work required to be carried out under a building order, the owner, or the owner's agent, must give written notice of the completion to the building certifier or the Director who made the order.
(2)
A person on whom a notice is served under subsection (1) must, within 28 days after the receipt of the notice, inspect the completed work and report to the owner or the owner's agent that the order has been complied with and cancel the order, or refuse to make such a report and, in writing, require the order to be complied with.
