121 Work may be carried out by Director
(1)
Where an owner or an owner's agent fails to carry out work as required by a building order, the Director may carry out the work.
(2)
The costs and expenses incurred by the Director in carrying out work referred to in subsection (1) are a debt due and payable by the owner to the Territory.
