22 Offence to give misleading information or documents after the change-over day
Despite the repeal, after the change-over day, sections 38 and 39 of the Territory Act:
(a)
continue to apply in relation to information and documents given to the Commissioner under the Territory Act as continued by this Act, as if the Territory Act were still in operation; and
(b)
are taken to apply in relation to information and documents given to the Commissioner under this Act, as if the Territory Act were still in operation.
