24 Offences committed against Territory Act before or after the change-over day
(1)
This section applies if a person is alleged to have committed an offence against the Territory Act before or after the change-over day.
(2)
Despite the repeal, the provisions of the Territory Act and the
Fines and Penalties Act 2001, as in force immediately before the change-over day, continue to apply after the change-over day in relation to the offence.
