23 Offence to disclose confidential information after the change-over day
Despite the repeal, after the change-over day, section 41 of the
Territory Act:
(a)
continues to apply in relation to information acquired under the
Territory Act (whether or not as continued by this Act), as if the
Territory Act were still in operation; and
(b)
is taken to apply in relation to information acquired under this
Act, as if the Territory Act were still in operation.
