160 Opening envelopes containing declaration votes
A person commits an offence if the person:
(a) opens an envelope that appears to contain a completed declaration ballot paper; and
(b)
is not authorised to do so under this Act.
Maximum penalty: 200 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months.
