163 Signatures
(1)
A person commits an offence if the person:
(a)
is required by this Act to sign an electoral paper; and
(b)
does not sign it with his or her personal signature.
Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2) An offence against subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
(3) For subsection (1), if a person is unable to sign his or her name, the person is taken to have signed an electoral paper if the person makes a mark on the paper by way of a signature.
