335 Enlargement of notices to witnesses
(1)
Where the trial of a person charged or to be charged with an offence on indictment is adjourned, the court may enlarge the notice given to any witnesses.
(2)
Where upon the adjournment of a trial a notice to a witness is enlarged, the witness is bound to attend to give evidence at the time and place to which the trial is adjourned, without being given a fresh notice, in the same manner as if he had been bound originally by the notice to give evidence at the time and place to which the trial is adjourned.
