358 Jurors to take oath and be informed of charge
(1)
Each juror must take an oath to give a true verdict according to the evidence upon the issues to be tried by them.
(2)
When all jurors have taken the oath the proper officer of the court is to inform them of the charge set forth in the indictment and of their duty as jurors upon the trial.
