366 Confinement of jury
(1)
Until the jury have given their verdict they must be kept during any adjournment of the court in some private place under the charge of an officer of the court and are to be provided with such accommodation, meals and refreshment as the court may allow.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not affect the operation of section 365(2) and (2A).
