Subject to these regulations, the committee may meet for the conduct of business as and when it determines and may adjourn and otherwise regulate its meetings as it thinks fit.

A member of the committee may convene a meeting of the committee by giving to each other member not less than 7 days notice in writing specifying the business that the member proposes to bring before the meeting and the time and place of the meeting.

At a meeting of the committee a majority of the persons comprising the number determined under regulation 29 to constitute the committee shall constitute a quorum of the committee.

At a meeting of the committee the Chairperson shall have a deliberative vote and in the event of an equality of votes also has a casting vote.

The committee shall cause to be kept full and accurate minutes of its meetings including a record of notices given under subregulation (6) and a record of its decisions.

A decision of the committee has no force or effect where, before the decision is made, notice in writing is given to the secretary of the committee by one or more owners of lots, the sum of whose lot entitlement exceeds 50% of the aggregate lot entitlement, that the making of the decision is opposed by those owners.
