(1)
Subject to regulations 36 and 37, the committee may, for and on behalf of the Management Corporation, employ or engage a corporation manager and such other officers, employees and agents as may be necessary for the performance of the functions of the Corporation.
(2)
The terms and conditions applicable in relation to a person employed or engaged under subregulation (1) shall be specified in the contract.
