35 Forfeiture, &c., of dangerous goods

Where a person is found guilty of an offence against this Act or the

Regulations, the court may order:

(a)

the dangerous goods in respect of which the offence was committed to be forfeited to the Territory; and

(b)

the person to pay to the Territory the costs and expenses incurred in the seizure, detention and removal of the dangerous goods or the package, container or vehicle, as the case may be, in which the dangerous goods were contained or kept when seized, detained or removed.
