93 Application for registration
(1) Any of the following persons may apply to the Court for the registration of an external order:
(a)
the protected person named in the order;
(b)
a police officer or adult on behalf of the protected person.
(2)
The application must:
(a)
be made in the approved form; and
(b)
be accompanied by:
(i)
a copy of the order; and
(ii)
evidence the order has been given to the respondent.
