95 Notice of registration
(1)
On registering the order, the registrar must:
(a)
give notice of registration of the order or modified order to:
(i)
the protected person; and
(ii) the applicant if the application was not made by the protected person or a police officer; and
(iii)
the registrar of the court that made the order; and
(b)
give the Commissioner a copy of the registered order.
(2) The registrar must not give notice of the registration of the order or a copy of the registered order to the respondent without the consent of the applicant.
